🤔 Why I Started This Site

Hey there! So you're probably wondering why a regular guy like me decided to make a website about dating and relationships. Well, here's the story...

I was single for a LONG time before I met Sarah. I'm talking like 3 years of awkward dates, failed relationships, and way too many nights eating pizza alone while watching "Friends" reruns. I was starting to think I'd never find "the one."

But then I met Sarah (you can read our full story on the "Our Story" page), and everything changed. Suddenly I went from being the guy who couldn't get a second date to being in the most amazing relationship of my life!

I realized that a lot of the dating advice out there is either too complicated or written by people who seem to have never actually been on a real date. So I thought, why not share what I've learned? Maybe it can help other regular folks like me find their special someone.

💼 My Day Job

When I'm not updating this website, I work as a computer technician at a local repair shop called TechFix Solutions. Basically, I fix people's computers when they break, install software, and explain to confused customers why their computer is making weird noises.

It's not the most glamorous job, but I love working with technology, and it pays the bills. Plus, my boss is pretty cool about letting me work on my website during slow periods (don't tell him I said that!).

Fun fact: I actually met one of my ex-girlfriends when she brought her laptop in for repair. That relationship didn't work out, but hey, at least I fixed her computer!

🌐 About This Website

I built this entire site myself using HTML and a little bit of CSS (I'm still learning JavaScript). It's hosted on my friend Dave's server in his basement - very high-tech, I know!

I update the site whenever I have new thoughts about dating or when Sarah and I try something new together. My goal is to keep it real and honest - no fancy relationship guru stuff, just genuine advice from a regular guy who got lucky in love.
